Don’t panic if you find yourself without a costume on October 31. The only thing you will need for this Halloween is your make up bag.

We’ve collected some of our favorite makeup looks to inspire you for Halloween 2015. Ready to see the power of makeup?

1. Cute Deer Makeup Look

Instagram / nanibeats

Source: @nanibeats

Oh Deer! Now that’s a cute take on a deer makeup, right? If you don’t know what to be for Halloween, you can easily recreate this look. You will need: bronzer, brown eye shadows, white pencil (or eye shadow), black eyeliner, and two pairs of false eyelashes. Complete the look with a cute tan dress and floral headband.

2. Sugar Skull Look

Instagram / nataschap

Source: @nataschap

This sugar skull makeup look is the perfect mixture of scary and sexy. The best part? The look can be pulled off using makeup you probably already have in your make up bag.

3. Cool Skeleton Look

Bring the scary side of you with this stunning skeleton look. To recreate it, you need a black and white cream makeup and some makeup brushes. But one is sure, you’ll be the hottest skeleton on a Halloween party!

4. Ripped Skin Makeup Look

Instagram / katiekirwan

Love scaring people? Well, this look is sure to make them scream! Anyone can color their face black and white, but can you make your skin look rip off? With some sfx makeup, time and effort, you can.

5. Medusa

Instagram / luvekat

Source: @luvekat

Unleash your creativity and become Medusa for a night! Black contacts take this look to a whole new level. Attention to all Halloween attendants: Don’t gaze into her eyes if you don’t want to be turned into stone!

6. Bride of Frankenstein Look

Instagram / desimakeup

Source: @desiperkins

Here’s how you can recreate the stitches:

Step 1: Using a dark red lip liner, map up where you want your stitches to be. Once you get the shape you want, deep the lines up.

Step 2: Draw a line on each side of the stitches, leaving some space between the lines. Then blend the outer lines using a pencil brush. This step will make your stitches look three-dimensional and real.

Step 3: With a white pencil or eye shadow, highlight the inner stitches to make them look deeper.

Make sure to check out Desi’s tutorial on this look:

7. Catwoman Makeup Look

We don’t know about you, but we are always on the hunt for cute and trendy hairstyles we can do in less than twenty minutes. As usual, we’ve searched Instagram and Pinterest for the cutest looks and compiled them here for you. Whether you’re doing your hair for a special occasion like wedding, or just need a quick hairstyle for a BBQ or pool party, we’ve got you covered.

Check our list of 50 best styles below and let us know which one you like the best.

1. Milkmaid French Braid Updo

Looking for a cute and stylish way to keep your hair out of your face? Milkmaid braid is a super easy hairstyle that you can do in literally 5 minutes.

Start by parting your hair down the center of your head. Braid each half of the hair into a separate French braid and secure with a clear elastic band. Pancake the braids to make them appear bigger and thicker. Next, cross one braid across the top of your head and secure it with a bobby pin. Make sure to hide the end of the braid by tucking it under. Repeat the same thing with the second braid. Secure both braids with lots and lots of bobby pins. Pull out a few face-framing pieces at the front and – voilà – your stunning updo is done!

2. Dutch Braided Hair

Use the Dutch braid technique to make this cute, boho hairdo that can easily be worn dressy or casual. We’ve seen this braided hairstyle all around Pinterest and Instagram so we had to include it. If you still aren’t familiar with this braiding technique, don’t worry, it’s very easy to master. The Dutch braid is just an inverted/3D French braid. So, if you know how to braid a classic French braid, then this one is going to be easy for you! To make your braids really pop, gently tug the sides of each braid. This trick will make them appear bigger and softer.

3. Messy Low Ponytail

Messy Low Ponytail

Source: @headstudio

A messy, low ponytail looks great on any hair length! To create this look, prep hair with a texturizing spray. Spritz it few times directly into the roots. For a more textured look, tease the back of your hair with a teasing brush. Next, gather your hair into a chic low ponytail and secure. Take a small section of the hair and wrap it around the hair elastic. This step will make your ponytail elegant and sophisticated. Finish the look by teasing the tail of the ponytail.

4. Messy Side French Braid

If you’re short on time, a side French/Dutch/fishtail braid is always a cute and quick way to style your hair. This messy side braid is made even better with a few pearl hair accessories. The style is so easy to create that there’s no need for a tutorial. We love everything about this look!

5. Low Bun Updo

Low Bun Updo

Source: @headstudio

It’s no secret that textured, undone-looking updos are having a moment right now. And how wouldn’t they? They keep your hair off your face in a stylish way. This cute low bun is the perfect hairstyle for a summer wedding. For an ultimate boho look, update the updo with a few sprigs of baby’s breath.

6. Half Up, Half Down Top Knot

Half Up, Half Down Top Knot

Source: @mluxehair

When done right, this half updo can’t be beat. To get the look, make a half-up ponytail and secure it with an elastic. Next, grab the ponytail and twist it into a little bun/knot. Secure the bun in place with a hair elastic or bobby pins. This hairstyle looks great on straight hair, as well.

7. 3-in-1 Fishtail Braids

You simply can’t go wrong with a fishtail braid hairstyle! This braided style looks way more complicated than it really is. Braid a small section of the hair into a fishtail braid on each side of your head. Pin them into place at the back of your head. Finish the style by braiding the rest of your hair into a big fishtail braid. Don’t forget to pancake the braids to make them thicker.

8. Messy Pigtails with Flowers and Braids

Messy Pigtails with Flowers and Braids

Source: @blohaute

Yes, grown women can wear pigtails. Why not? To achieve this hairstyle, you only need a couple hair elastics, 6 minutes and it’s done! Braids are a great way to dress up the classic pigtail look. Add a flower wreath or headband to make it even more beautiful. If you don’t have the confidence to pull off this look, try a side swept ponytail instead.

9. Flower Braid Half Updo

Who knew braids could make such a cute little flower? To recreate this hairstyle, you’ll have to know how to do a waterfall braid. To make the flower, pancake the end of your waterfall braid and simply roll it until you get the form above. Secure it with bobby pins. Finish the look by curling the rest of your hair.

10. Upside Down Braid Ponytail

Combine your love for braids and ponytails with this cute hairstyle. It’s the good old high ponytail, with a twist! Flip your head upside down, take three small sections of the hair along the nape of your neck and begin to Dutch braid. Secure the braid with an elastic. Flip your head back and pull it into a high ponytail. Disguise the base of the ponytail by wrapping a one piece of hair around it.

11. Pull-Through Braid Half Updo

Pull-Through Braid Half Updo

Source: @aspynovard

Wondering what to do with your hair? This braided half updo is a must-try. Here’s how you can recreate this look –  Begin by creating a half up, half down ponytail. Secure it with an elastic. Put another elastic a couple inches down from the first ponytail base. Create a hole between those two bases, take a section of hair below that and pull it through the hole. Again, secure with an elastic. Repeat until you get the desired length. Wrap the ponytail base with a one-inch section of hair to hide it. Finish the look by pulling the braid apart to make it bigger and thicker.

12. Half Up, Half Down Ponytail

Half up, half down ponytail is one of the easiest hairstyles you can do in 5 minutes. To get this big voluminous look, prep hair with a texturizing spray and curl it with a 2″ curling iron. When the hair has cooled, gently brush out the curls.

13. Messy Fishtail Braid Pigtails

Messy Fishtail Braid Pigtails

Source: @headstudio

There is no cuter hairstyle than pigtails! The look is so simple, anyone can recreate it. The key to pulling of pigtails with confidence? Keep them messy, wear them low, and always leave loose strands in front to frame your face. Pigtails look even more chic when you cover the elastic with  a section of hair.

14. Twisted Low Ponytail

A low ponytail won’t ever look basic if you add a bobby pin design to it. This season is all about exposing bobby pins and trying different designs, like a triangle, or chevron pattern.  You can also play with different colored pins — if you don’t have any, you can easily color them using a nail polish. Great idea, right?

15. Messy High Ponytail + Braids

Messy High Ponytail + Braids

Source: @kassinka

Put some sass in your ponytail with loose, messy braids. Start by braiding a small section of hair at the front part of your hairline. The braid will create a headband effect. Then create a high ponytail and braid the tail loosely. Pull out a few wispy pieces at the front to frame the face.

16. French Braid Half Updo

French Braid Half Updo

Source: @carajourdan

Soon enough, this half updo will become your favorite ‘running late’ look. This is one of those easy hairstyles that you can actually do in three minutes. A fishtail half updo with soft waves would be another cute hair idea that you can try. Play with different braid styles and textures.

17. Fishtail Half Crown

This fishtail crown look can really make a plain outfit into something special. The style works for medium-length to long hair. To re-create it, braid a small section of hair on each side of your head, then secure the braids together with an elastic at the center in the back.

18. Upside Down Braid Bun

Here’s another ‘upside-down braid’ style that has a romantic feel to it. Surprisingly, this updo is easy to create. For this style, you will need a bun maker, few bobby pins and a hair band.  Flip your head upside down, take three small sections of the hair along the nape of your neck and begin to Dutch braid. Secure with a hair band. Next, leave a strand of hair out from the ponytail and slide a bun maker over the bigger section of the ponytail.  Evenly spread the hair over the bun maker. Split that bottom strand of the hair into two sections, take one section from the top and start making a braid. Your arms might get tired while doing this on yourself so make sure to take small breaks.

19. Waterfall Braid Half Up Crown

Don’t you just love this waterfall crown? It looks stunning but slightly complicated. Make sure to check Missy Sue’s blog or Youtube channel for the tutorial on this look.

20. Messy Top Knot

Messy top knots are one of the most easiest and cutest hairstyles. They are very versatile. An oversized flower or floral headband would instantly transform this updo into a boho-chic look and make it even more beautiful. If you opt for this look, make sure your hair is freshly washed.

21. High Ponytail + Dutch Braid

High Ponytail + Dutch Braid

Source: @braidtrends

How sexy is this look? A Dutch braid is a great way to dress up your high ponytail. If you want a little extra volume, pump up your ponytail with some teasing. Again, pull out few face-framing pieces at the front.

22. Braided Low Ponytail

Try this low ponytail look for your next special occasion. The style will complement any outfit. Create a classic low ponytail and secure it with a hair tie. Step 1. Begin by applying a neutral eyeshadow onto your eyelid.  This eyeshadow will make your blending easier. Using a clean fluffy brush, apply a dark grey eyeshadow onto your brow bone, and blend it slightly above the crease. This shade will make the transition between the black shades much smoother.

Step 2. Apply a black eye pencil or gel eyeliner all over your eyelid. Blend everything out.

Step 3. Using a flat eyeshadow  brush, apply a black matte eyeshadow. Blend some more.

Step 4. Spice the look up with some glitter on the center of your eyelid.

Step 5. Line the waterline with a black eyeliner. With a smaller brush, apply a mix of grey and black eyeshadows below the waterline. Blend everything together and highlight the inner corner.

Step 6. Finish the look with a few coats of mascara and some false eyelashes.

2. Blue, Brown & Purple Smokey Eye

Step 1. Start by applying an eyeshadow primer and let it dry. This step is highly recommended if you have oily eyelids. Next, apply a neutral eyeshadow as your base. Choose the color that’s similar to your skin tone.

Step 2. Highlight the brow bone. With a big and soft brush, apply a light brown eyeshadow to your crease. Take a dark brown eyeshadow on a blending brush and apply it above the crease and extend it to the outer corner of the eye. You can use scotch tape to get a sharp and clean edge. Apply some brown eyeshadow below your waterline, too.

Step 3. Highlight the inner corner of the eye with a shimmery silver or white eyeshadow. Apply a dark blue eyeshadow to the entire eyelid and some purple shade on the outer corner of the eye.

Step 4. Apply a thin line of an eyeliner along the upper lash line and your favorite false lashes. Line the waterline with a blue eye pencil.

Step 5. To bring the look together, apply some purple eyeshadow below your waterline. Apply mascara over your lower lashes.

3. Black & Green Glitter Look

Step 1. Place a piece of scotch tape on the outer corner of your eye, at an angle. To make the tape less sticky, place it on the back of your hand few times. This makeup trick will make your smokey eye less frustrating. Using a large blending brush, apply a light brown eyeshadow to your crease.

Step 2. Using light patting motion, apply a black matte eyeshadow to the inner and outer corner of the eye, slightly bringing it to the crease. Leave the center of the eyelid untouched.

Step 3. Apply a glitter glue to the center of the eyelid and pat the loose glitter pigment on top.

Step 4. Peel the tape off and put some black eyeshadow to the lower lash line. Line your waterline with a black eye pencil.

Step 5. Apply a black liquid eyeliner along the upper lash line and some mascara to the lower lashes.  Finish the look by applying your favorite falsies.

4. Dark Brown Look

Step 1. Prime your eye with an eye primer and let it dry. Apply a dark brown eyeshadow to your entire lid and blend it out.

Step 2. Now pick a light brown eyeshadow and apply it to your crease with a blending brush. Blend until you’re happy with the look.

Step 3. With a flat shader brush, apply a dark plum eyeshadow onto the lid and blend it slightly into your crease.

Step 4. Spray some MAC Fix Plus setting spray onto an angled liner brush. Dip the brush into the purple eyeshadow from the last step and create a wing. The spray will intensify the eyeshadow and make it more adhesive. If you don’t own any setting spray, you can use water.

Step 5. Next, line your top eyelid with your favorite gel eyeliner in black.

Step 6. Apply some copper glitter onto your eyelid to make your eyes pop.

Step 7. With a small brush, apply the same brown shades on your lower lash line.

Step 8. Highlight the inner corner with a gold eyeshadow. Finish the look with your favorite false eyelashes.

Step 6. It’s time to spice up the lower lash line! Apply some baked gold eyeshadow along the lower lash line with a small brush.

Step 7. Build the color up by adding in a gold glitter. Finish the look with a pair of long and wispy eyelashes.

6. Smokey Cut Crease

Step 1. As always, you need to prime the eyelid. If you don’t have an eye primer, you can use a foundation or concealer. They’ll do the trick.

Step 2. Pick a black eyeshadow and create a cut crease. Blend it out with a dark brown eyeshadow. Apply a neutral or light brown eyeshadow on your mobile lid. Highlight the inner corner and brown bone with a vanilla colored shade.

Step 3. Create a black winged eyeliner. You can use liquid or gel eyeliner, whatever you prefer. Apply a pair of false eyelashes.

Step 4. Line your waterline with a brown pencil and blend it out with an eyeshadow you’ve used to create a cut crease. Create a gold glitter wing on your lower lid, too.  Finish the look by adding some gold glitter above the inner corner.

7. Light Blue Glitter Look

Step 1. Apply an eyeshadow primer. Pick a light blue eyeshadow and blend it out in the crease.

Step 2. Apply a shimmery blue eyeshadow onto the eyelid.

Step 3. Yes, another blue eyeshadow! This one should be a shimmery light blue shade. Apply it along the lower lash line and on the inner corner of the eye. Use a smaller brush to have a better control.

Step 4. Add some depth to the look by applying some black eyeshadow to the outer corner of the eye. Blend the shades together.

Step 5. Next, carefully pat a light blue glitter onto the lid.

Step 6. You’re almost finished! To make your eyes appear bigger, apply some mascara on the upper and lower lashes. Line your waterline with a black pencil.

Step 7. Apply false lashes.

Step 5. With a patting motion, apply a shimmery grey eyeshadow onto the lid without touching the crease.

Step 6. Apply a black winged eyeliner. Use a liquid or gel eyeliner.

Step 7. To make those eyes sparkle, apply a glitter glue onto the lid and pat a silver glitter over it.

When your base is nude or beige, you can always have fun with different embellishments, patterns, graphics and glitter. This nail design is wild enough for a party and subtle for a daytime manicure.

Faux hawk is a playful balance of edginess and elegance. It’s wild enough for night outs, classy for dinner parties and chic for an everyday look. The shape of a faux hawk is very flattering. Also, it’s a perfect choice for women who love mohawk style, but don’t won’t to shave off the sides.

Keep reading to see our 23 selected faux hawk hairstyles for women… there are some mind-blowing haircuts and updos that you’ll want to try right away!

1. Faux Hawk Updo

This hairstyle might seem complicated, but actually it is not. There is an easy way to achieve it. You take small sections of hair on each side and secure it with an elastic. Basically, you create a small ponytail. The trick is to split the hair above the elastic in half, take the ponytail and pull it through, but you don’t want to pull it through all the way. Secure the loop with bobby pins if needed. Each ponytail will create a small loop that will ultimately create a gorgeous updo.

2. Black & Green Haircut

Yes, you can rock a faux hawk even if you have short hair. This stunning haircut with green highlights and luscious curls can add an edge to any look.

If you’re looking to add some freshness to your hair, highlights are always a great choice. Green is not the only option – gold, honey, brown or burgundy all work great with black hair. We love everything about this look!

3. Teased French Braid Updo

Want to rock two different styles in one? This hairstyle is for you. Braids alone have some serious ‘wow’ factor, but they are much more jaw-dropping when you combine them with different styles and techniques.

This braided faux hawk is everything but ordinary. The hairstyle would be an excellent choice for weddings and other formal occasions.

4. Natural Hair Frohawk

Embrace your natural hair with this gorgeous faux hawk. Start by sectioning the front of your hair in a triangle shape. Secure it with a hair clip. Take another section of the hair and tie it in a ponytail. Repeat with the rest of your hair. Unclip the front section, and there it is, your new favorite hairstyle is ready!

5. Braided Sides Faux Hawk

Here’s another way to rock a faux hawk for our ladies with long hair. Obviously, the hairstyle is not an everyday style, but it’s a perfect combination of edginess and elegance. The top section of the head is curled and each curl is rolled and set with a bobby pin. These ‘rolled curls’ give this hairstyle a vintage feel while the braided sides make the top section pop even more.

6. Faux Hawk for Short Hair

We love the simplicity of this faux hawk haircut. The style is perfect for women who want a bit of an edgy look, but without shaving the sides of their head. Short hairstyles are easy to maintain and style, plus they are everywhere this season. If you opt for this style, you will definitely make some heads turn.

7. Messy Dutch Braid Faux Hawk

Messy, braided updos are best! For this look, all you need is some braiding skills, a few bobby pins and elastics, and some hairspray. Dutch braid is basically a inside out French braid. So, if you know how to do a classic French braid, you will easily master this style, too. This updo is both classy and edgy, and that’s why we love it so much!

8. Twists + Cornrows Faux Hawk

Twists are one of our favorite protective styles. Not only they protect your natural hair, but also make it unique and chic. The possibilities to style your twists are endless. We stumble upon on many amazing faux hawks for black hair, but this one really stood out. This updo is perfect to keep your twists off your face and neck without sacrificing your style.

9. Ice Grey & Blue Spiky Haircut

Step 2: Section the rest of your hair into four pieces, and from the each piece create a ponytail. Secure with an elastic.

Step 3: Create a loose fishtail braid from each ponytail. Your braids should be messy and full. Secure them with an elastic, as well.

Step 4: After you’ve created all your fishtail braids, take the front section and tease it at the roots (just for a little bit of lift). Create a fishtail braid from the front section, too.

Step 5: Now it’s time to create a faux hawk shape! Pin every braid in the center of the hair.

Step 6: Finish the look by smoothing the sides with a hair spray.

If you’ve got tired of the same few outfits you wear day after day, you’re not alone. During summer, it’s too hot to come up with some cute outfit ideas. We want to look stylish, but we also want to be comfortable and stay cool. Often, it’s too hard to come up with an outfit that fulfills all these requirements.

Your favorite summer outfit is probably a bikini while living a careless summer relaxing on the beach or swimming pool… and drinking a cold cocktail, of course. If you aren’t so lucky to spend the whole summer in a bikini, you will need some outfit ideas. We’ve collected 21 cute and comfortable outfits that will surely inspire your summer wardrobe. Check them out below!

1. White Top and Shorts

White is summer’s hottest color. Many of us find hard to pull off ‘white on white’ in the cold season, but during spring and summer, we reach for white pieces more than we should. There’s something about it that we can’t resist.

Headwraps and turbans are one of our favorite summer accessories. Not only they look good, but they are ideal for taming frizzy summer hair. Also, they are an easy way to add a pop of color to a monochromatic look.

2. Neon Outfit + Nude Heels

A bright dress with an interesting design paired with a bag in the same color is one of the easiest combos for hot summer days, and yet, it looks absolutely jaw-dropping. Neon colors are perfect choice if you want to be noticed in the crowd. Pair your neon pieces with nude heels, sandals, or flats to avoid looking like a circus performer.

3. Grey Skirt + Crochet Top

If you still haven’t, now is the perfect time to stock up your summer wardrobe with floral, gold, and neon pieces. What is summer without colors and fun outfits, right? Crop tops are still IN this season (hurray!) and we’re loving this cute trend. When done right, they look sophisticated and sexy at the same time. Crochet tops are proving to be a big hit this summer. They are perfect for those hot, hot, hot days, because they are light and breezy.

4. Floral Pants + Neon Heels

Add a burst of neon to your summer outfit by coordinating your shoes to your purse. This easy trick will make any outfit pop. This whole outfit screams summer!

Floral pants are summer’s staple. They are a good choice for any occasion but sometimes seem hard to style.  The best way to style them is with simple tops in neutral colors. You simply cannot go wrong with that!

Pair your neon skirt with white or light-colored neutrals like peach or ivory. The contrast between these colors looks modern and fresh – perfect for summer! This neon coral shade looks amazing with a tan.

Statement jewelry is a must-have during  summer. Forget about your favorite gold pieces, this season is all about the tribal jewelry. This type of jewelry is really easy to wear, it  goes with casual and dressy attire.

6. Summer Business Outfit

We love the idea of wearing these gorgeous colors together. When worn separately, these pieces are subtly cool and refreshing, so it would be good to have something similar in your wardrobe. We totally urge you to copy this outfit for your next special occasion or a business meeting.

Tying your shirt into a knot can really change the look of the whole outfit. If you’ve got the abs, feel free to show some skin.

7. White Lace Dress + Straw Hat

If you still don’t own a white lace dress, now is the right time to buy one. It’s a necessary piece during summer because it’s light, comfy and a perfect go-to for any occasion. You can pair it with flats, heels, flip-flops, gladiator sandals, etc. Actually, there are no fashion rules to follow when styling a white lace dress. You can style it whatever  you like!

8. Lace Romper + Blue & Brown Details

Rompers are a hot look this season. They are a perfect piece to beat the summer heat. Master the look wearing yours with brown and blue accessories. Brown sandals and belt add an ideal touch of rustic to this romantic look. Rompers are appropriate for literally every occasion, from music festivals to a night out in the town.

9. Denim Shorts + Lace Top

The look is cool, casual, and effortless. What we love the most about white lace is that it’s so versatile and romantic. Also, lace has been trendy forever and probably will never get out of fashion. Lace tops look the best when paired with denim bottoms.

10. Lace Shorts + Denim Shirt

Put a denim shirt and lace shorts together and you are sure to have a super trendy and comfy outfit for hot summer nights. As we already said, denim paired with lace is a foolproof summer combo.  Channel the neon trend with a full arm of bright bracelets (so-called arm candy or arm party). They won’t hurt any outfit.
